1) Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or use the Site under supervision of a parent/guardian) and capable of forming a binding contract under Indian law.

  • If you create an account, you’re responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and all activity under your account.

2) Products, pricing & orders

  • Product images are illustrative; minor color/packaging variations may occur.

  • Prices are shown in INR unless stated otherwise and may change without notice; applicable taxes and shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout.

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy; the order is accepted only after confirmation/dispatch (we may cancel/refuse orders for stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or serviceability limits).

3) Payments

  • Payments may be processed via supported methods shown at checkout (e.g., UPI/cards/netbanking/wallets; COD where available).

  • If a payment fails or is reversed, the order may be cancelled; if you are charged without confirmation, contact support with payment reference details.

4) Shipping, returns & refunds

  • Shipping timelines and charges are defined in the Shipping Policy; risk of loss generally transfers upon delivery to the address provided.

  • Returns/refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy; items must meet eligibility criteria stated there (condition, tags, time window, exclusions).

5) User content & reviews

  • You may post reviews/ratings where enabled, but content must be truthful, non-infringing, and not abusive/obscene/illegal.

  • We may remove or moderate content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6) Prohibited activities

You agree not to: misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, manipulate reviews, commit fraud, upload malware, or violate any applicable laws/regulations.

7) Intellectual property

All Site content (logos, designs, text, graphics, code) is owned by or licensed to Sarvawise and may not be copied or used without written permission, except as allowed by law.

8) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

  • The Site and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” subject to applicable law.

  • To the maximum extent permitted, Sarvawise will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product/order.

9) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Sarvawise harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site/account for suspected fraud, security issues, or repeated violations of these Terms.

11) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts/arbitration jurisdiction of [CITY, STATE], as specified in your dispute clause.
