This Shipping Policy explains how Sarvawise processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on the Site.

Processing & delivery times

Order processing time: [0–2 BUSINESS DAYS]. Orders placed after 6 pm are processed the next business day.
Delivery timeline (India):
- Standard Shipping: 7 BUSINESS DAYS
Non-working days: Processing may pause on Sundays and public holidays (unless stated otherwise on the checkout page).

Shipping charges: Displayed at checkout and calculated based on your pincode, order value, weight/size, and chosen shipping method.
Free shipping: Available on orders above [₹599] (if applicable).
Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via [SMS/Email/WhatsApp]. Tracking updates depend on the courier partner’s scan events.

Serviceability: Delivery availability depends on your pincode and courier coverage.
Correct address: Customers must provide complete address details (house/flat number, street, landmark, pincode, and phone number).
Address changes: Request changes within 24HOURS of placing the order; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Delivery attempts: Couriers usually attempt delivery [1–3] times; undelivered parcels may be returned to origin.

Delays: Weather, strikes, local restrictions, peak sales, or courier issues can cause delays. Contact support if tracking doesn’t update for [48–72 HOURS].
Damaged packages: If the package arrives damaged/tampered, take photos/video and contact support within [24–48 HOURS] of delivery.
Lost in transit: If a shipment is confirmed lost, Sarvawise will offer a replacement or refund after courier investigation .
RTO (Return to Origin): If an order is returned due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal, refund (if applicable) may be issued after deducting [RTO/SHIPPING FEES], unless prohibited by law.
